We have loved watching our daughter's confidence develop and grow with the support of her dance teachers at Evolutions. Her dance teachers inspire the love of dance through their enthusiasm and positive encouragement to try new things.
AGES 5-7
The Intensive Ballet Program (IB) at Evolutions School of Ballet is for the serious and dedicated ballet dancer. Dancers who are invited to the IB Program receive more formal ballet training in the distinguished Cecchetti Method of Classical Ballet, and will participate in the ballet examination process through Cecchetti Canada.
The IB Program begins at the Junior 1 level (ages 6+), and dancers must be invited to register. We are proud to be one of the only studios in Calgary to offer training in the Cecchetti Method of Ballet and to have faculty fully certified to train and enter students into ballet examinations with Cecchetti Canada. An examination would be observed through either a Presentation Class or official Examination. The decision on how the student pursues the examination process will be determined at the faculty’s discretion and student readiness.
Dancers in the Beginner and Junior Intensive Ballet are only required to take one weekly ballet class.
Dancers in the Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate & Senior Intensive Ballet Program are required to take two weekly ballet classes. Dancers will be automatically registered in both classes.
